"Nice hotel with beautiful views."

8.0

Nice hotel 20 mins from Gibraltar by car. We had a balcony with a nice view. There is also a nice beach if you cross the golf course from where you can see the rock of Gibraltar.

"Excellent"

8.0

This apartment was in the middle of a gated area, about 15 mins from Gibraltar. There's literally nothing around it, but it's location (to the Rock) was perfect for a night before heading to Gibraltar the next morning. Reception was very accommodating, even with our very late arrival). Parking was plentiful.

"Sunshine and peace"

10.0

We stayed here for a week as my husband was playing golf. Apartment ideally located and pool well kept. Staff very friendly. Would certainly return again. The beach was only a 10 minute walk away and was clean and well looked after. The only criticism was that the microwave was old and disintegrating inside so unusable and the top balcony was only accessed via a wrought iron spiral staircase which overhung the lower balcony, as we had a penthouse apartment. So definitely not child friendly.

"Exceptional"

10.0

A very quiet location 10 minutes walk from the beach. It was located in a guarded community which made you feel safe. The local area was kept very clean and lots of nice trees and flowers. There were fantastic views over Gibralter and the sea. There was a nice swimming pool at the hotel and the gardens were kept nice. The room was clean and suitable for cooking your own meals. We had a nice balcony looking over the swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definately consider the hotel again when in the area.

"Reasonable price. "

6.0

Adequate for our needs as we visited Gibraltar. There is no ice machine in this hotel so must seek out a store but little room in the fridge. No extra pillows or blanket just a sheet on the bed which is only good for warmer nights. Proprerty is nice but grounds keeper needs to repair sprinkler heads as they fail to ocilate. Overall not a bad place to stay.

"Very welcoming staff, clean apartment and superb location"

8.0

We have just come back from our holiday in Spain and Gibraltar where we landed. Perfect location and easy to get to by car as we had hired one in la Linea (other side od the border from Gibraltar. The appartment was clean, spacious and well air conditioned. Just a oiece of advice: bring your own toiletries as no soap. However towels were provided. Continental breakfast is available at extra cost and consits mainly of toast, cereal, O.J. and coffee/ tea. The appartment had a well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge and kettle. The swimming pool was very clean and there were enough loungers. Would definitely stay there again

"Calm and well located appartments"

10.0

Super nice and big apartments. Expensive but really comfortable. Make sure not to have noisy neighbors as you can easily hear noise from the surroundings. Amazing area, close to the beach, golf courses and from some part of this huge area a view on Gibraltar rock (if you walk or take your car).

"Lovely Place"

8.0

Me and my step brother stayed in an apartment here for four days a few weeks back. Lovely place, very quiet and amazing air conditioning which made it feel freezing in the apartment when really temperatures were in the 30s outside, which isn't something we're used to up here in the UK. Lovely balcony as well. However, as both of us were staying in a one bedroom apartment we expected it to be twin beds, and weren't too desired when we realised it was actually a double bed we had to share, but thankfully there was a sofa bed which was available so I slept on there instead which was right next to the air con. Many people complained on here about the WiFi, too, but however it wasn't too bad for me. YouTube worked well and so did sending direct messages to people on my social medias, however, when sending people photos it took a while for them to send and also load, which shows that perhaps download speeds here aren't that amazing. But still, WiFi is good for basic internet needs, i.e. searching Google, sending messages, watching YT videos, etc. Cons: However, we had a few things we found negative here. The 'duvets' on the beds were very thin and felt more like the types you'd get in hospitals, sadly I wasn't a fan as me sleeping on the sofa bed where the air conditioning poured right on me all night kept me shivering and had me tossing and turning trying to keep as warm as possible. Maybe adding a few extra blankets would help, even if this is a very hot country. Toilet didn't flush well at all, so we had to be cautious about how much toilet paper we put down at once as it seemed like the flush made the toilet more vulnerable to blocking up. We had no soap or shampoo in the hotel when we first arrived, which was disappointing as we had to go all the way to Gibraltar to buy the cleaning facilities which should've already been provided for us. The TV only had the language option of Spanish, meanwhile in all the other hotels in Spain we'd stayed at we had the language option of English which meant we could still watch TV and understand what they were saying; sadly this wasn't the case here. And finally the pool. Although it was vital at helping people to cool off in the hot temperatures, there were a lot of leaves, flies and even wasps which had drowned in the pool which were floating around, meaning we had to constantly splash to make them slowly float away from us. Meanwhile we have friends who live in this gated community who have a local pool shared by many which we visited one evening, and yet over there we had no sightings of any wasps, etc in that pool, which makes me wonder why this was the case at our apartment pool, but wasn't at the pool near to our friends' home. Overall, a lovely place and would love to come back here again if we ever were in this part of Spain, although I might just bring a few extra blankets over with me next time just in case!
