"Atención exquisita"

Solemos reservar una habitación con una cama doble y otra individual para nuestro hijo, pero la reserva online solo permitia reservar una habitación triple con tres camas individuales. Cuando llegamos al hotel y les pedimos la cama doble, fueron tan amables de acomodarnos en una suit junior sin coste adicional. Fue un detallazo y apreciamos sinceramente el esfuerzo por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia aún más grata.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Sie versuchen zu helfen,Sie entschuldigen sich,Sie notieren Bitten und kritische Bemerkung,danach passiert nichts!!!!!!!!Ich hatte Eindruck Sie haben kein Personal:Hausmeister,"richtige Putzfrau"Heizung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht,ich habe nicht geduscht alle 5 Tage,es war einfach zu kalt,auch zu dunkel,kein kleines Spiegel,Toilettenpapier wurde nicht vorrätig,ich meine2 Rollen,das ist doch üblich.Schwache Batterien in Fernbedienung sind nicht ausgetauscht werden.Das Mobilär stammt aus 60-gen Jahren.Sehr schlechte uralte Isolierung,man hörte alles

"Great value for the money, centrally located"

Attended a Madrid conference and was able to attend via Metro which is a couple of blocks from the Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. We were able to store our luggage for 5 days when we went to Morocco. Great value for the money. Will definitely stay here again!

"Es un hotel muy bien situado"

Lo mejor del hotel son su situación y la amabilidad del personal. También es silencioso y las habitaciones muy espaciosas. está a 5 minutos de la estación de metro Bilbao, que está en la línea que pasa por Atocha RENFE. El barrio tiene una magnífica oferta de bares y restaurantes para comer o cenar.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The service was very friendly, the room spacious and the staff very helpful. The location is great for the priced paid. You can walk to many of the nearby attractions such as Retiro Park and the Prado museum. The hotel is also located close to Bilboa Metro station.
