Hotel, short walk from centre

Very comfortable hotel with friendly and very helpful staff available 24 hours on reception (very convenient if you have a late night). Extremely clean with towels being changed every day. Comfortable beds.

Great property, great location. Balcony (top floor) was a nice surprise.

Very nice accomodation at a great price. Very helpful staff, especially the young blond fellow who helped me sort out a problem with the bank (I went to the BBVA nearby to withdraw 150€ -- the money didn't come out but it deducted it from my account). Very helpful staff and very comfortable room with good wifi. Many good restaurants in the area (you can get a 50% discount at Mousse or 30% at the excellent La Dispensa on Trip Advisor's The Fork), and it is really near to the Bilbao metro station, which is a quick 40" trip to Madrid's airport for only 5€.

The staff was very helpful. The location was nice. But the bed was terrible and furniture was old. If you have a limited budget, it os ok. Of you are looking for comfort, look somewhere else

We found the hotel to be clean and, for the most part, quiet ( a couple of instances of noisy guests in the hallway is bound to happen and not so often that any complaint would be justified). There were 3 adults and there were 3 beds and the one bed that looked like it had been added was incredibly uncomfortable. It was not a rollaway but was an actual bed but should be replaced with a more comfortable bed. The air-conditioning unit could barely keep the room cool enough.
