"Great hotel which we will use again in Es Castell"

Lovely hotel with very welcoming and attentive staff. Room was clean and fresh with an amazing waterfall showerhead. Bed was just right for us including pillows. Great choice for breakfast including fresh omlettes. 5 or so minuite walk to the harbour in Es Castell where alot of the restaurants etc are and 5 or less minutes to the bus stop. We walked into Mahon on our last day and it took around half an hour and that was at a slow pace. Personally wouldn't want to walk back from Mahon as it's a bit uphill for me personally but walking there was fine.

Lovely hotel, beautiful location, great rooms, wonderful views, splendid pool & outside lounge areas, delicious food & fantastic staff. A very relaxed & chilled atmosphere, highly recommend this hotel.

Property does not look like the photos. Rooms are very cramped and basic. Beds uncomfortable and the air conditioning does not function well enough to cool even on the max setting. Staff at the bar and restaurant are great. Reception staff always looking for tips and make you feel uncomfortable. Hotel always looking to charge extras where possible. Really disappointing. Overall a very poor experience. Avoid. Much better options on the island.

Very nice hotel in urban area of Es Castrells Very handy for Mahon and 15mins away from the airport. Staff are top notch seeing to your needs. There was a lack of available sunbeds on a Sunday as the pool area does get a bit busy. Overall great week in eco-friendly hotel without skimping on quality

Amazing hotel. Great rooms, clean, renovated! Nice option with half board which is amazing. Superb food! Great staff: Mayka, Silvia, Gina, Carlos, Piero in the Restaurant!! Wolud recommend to everyone! No childern which let you relax!
