Without question one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in: the staff are so friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. From the cleaners to the chef to the restaurant manager to the staff on reception, the service was absolutely impeccable. I have some dietary restrictions and the chefs went out of their way to provide me a range of options every day, even tweaking some of their usual recipes! The breakfast and dinner buffets are both high quality and absolutely delicious. The entire hotel is spotless. We paid for a room with a sea view and it was stunning, definitely worth it. Everything is modern and clean and the hotel smells amazing! We also used the spa and both had a full body massage which was one of the best I’ve ever had. A great start to a very relaxing holiday. Thank you to all the staff at Artiem Carlos III for making my holiday so memorable, I’ll definitely be back.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Very clean in all areas. Food excellent. Shame about the smoking area in prime location seating area for a drink in the sunshine. Bsr area could be better

"Lovely hotel"

The hotel was really nice and the breakfast was brilliant. Only gripe would be the poor air conditioning in our room. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel.
