"Excellent"

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of a family holiday. Hotel very good, friendly staff, lovely location, easy to get into Mahon either on foot or public transport. Unfortunately the weather wasn't very good and not many local bars & restaurants were open. Would go again.

"Superb!"

This is a great hotel, very nice staff and a great location if you just want to chill out, but there are some nice bars nearby if you fancy getting out for a bit! We had a great stay and will definitely go back.

"Relaxing & friendly hotel"

We had a lovely holiday & stay at this hotel. The decor is modern and the facilities are excellent. The staff are friendly yet not over bearing and helpful to ensure your stay is everything you want it to be. The location is quiet and although there are some bars & resturants in the locality, it is not a busy location. This suited us fine as we didn’t want ‘to be busy’. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall this holiday was exactly what we wanted and needed.

"Sailing in Mahon"

"Great hotel in lovely spot"

We have stayed here before. Hotel is excellent and staff great. There’s a new manageress who we found surly and not so approachable. A couple of blips in service in the restaurant when we had to wait a long time to order drinks because staff all focused on outside and we ate inside. Food is excellent quality but a bit similar every night. Gym could do with more equipment and heavier weights

"Exceptional"

Lovely hotel in a quiet location with great views of Mahon harbour. We loved laying by the pool or sitting on our balcony watching the ships and yachts go by. And the staff were so friendly, not just at reception and in the bar/restaurant, but also the housekeeping and maintenance staff. They made us feel very welcome, more so than any other hotel we’ve stayed in. Buffet breakfast and dinner were very good, with a wide selection.

"Great oasis of a hotel with a fantastic staff"

As the title says the most wonderful location giving views across the Mahon harbour entrance. Spotlessly clean and without exception the most wonderful, attentive, positive staff I have ever come across. Calm, positive, clean, delightful.
