"We will stay here again!"

This was the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel over the past eight years. Let's start with the one negative....it is not centrally located. However, driving/parking in and around Cape Town is easy in our experience; UBER works really well; and the hotel itself provided excellent shuttles to and from the V&A waterfront. The hotel and underground car park always feels very safe. The team are all lovely - special mention to Elna who warmly welcomed us to breakfast every day as if we were part of her family. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The breakfast is amazing! We plan to stay here again on our next trip to SA....what better recommendation is that!

"Very accomodating"

The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. Thank you for accomodating my dogs. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

There was no little green patch to walk the dogs. Room service food was fresh but not very tasty. Past was very under cooked. Salad was drenched in dressing, chips were stone cold. Location does not feel safe.
