"Very bad experience"

My experience remained very bad as the hotel management cancelled the confirmed booking on the day of my arrivel on the reason that my card was not charged. I made request that i will pay cash on my arrival even than my booking was cancelled. Me and my wife were no where after travel of 18 hours from Pakistan. will never consider this hotel again.

good day, i really enjoyed the hotel. the friendliness of the staff must be highlighted and also the cleanness of the rooms. i enjoyed the free shuttle to the V&A waterfront (even though times were restricted). great stay!
