"very average, border line to poor."

Some staff members were not very cooperative. Elevators poorly mantained (scary). Escape stairways/doors blooked. Room cards never worked and needed to be re set every time.

Food

Elevators were being repaired but not signage was posted. Elder family member and children got stuck in the elevator with no panic button or anything like that to ask for help. Had to bang at the doors and scream to get heard and get help.

Every thing was very good, and the lotation was very good front the Sambil mall

Breakfast was repetitive and don't offer choices
