Reserve tarde en la noche al llegar me recibieron aun cuando la informacion de expidia no estaba en su correo, con tal solo reenviar el correo de aprobacion de expidia pase y disfrute durmiendo atencion excelente

Excellent...there for work but nice area to relax by the pool. Cheaper to pay direct at the hotel!

Nobody speaks English here so you need to make an effort to speak in Spanish. The monetary situation in Venezuela is loco so by booking online you are actually paying way above the local price but on the upside the mini-bar was free. You have to pay cash for everything else (meals/drinks) but it works out to be very cheap compared to western prices. The hotel has a nice swimming pool but the gym was no good. They are very safety conscious here. You can walk across the road to a large shopping centre with a cinema but to go anywhere else you need to organise a car.
