The Tangerine - a Burbank Hotel

Amazing everything…location, atmosphere, rooms, value, cleanliness, noise level, service, amenities. Staff was extremely helpful.

The location is great! Walking distance to bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms are getting a little “tired” and could use a refresh. The vinyl floors are sticky and the rooms smell musty. Bring a white noise machine because the street noise is heard loudly in the rooms. Very friendly staff and the fresh bakery items in the lobby are a nice touch.

Tolle Lage: in Laufnähe zu den Warner Brother Studios und 5-10 min mit dem Auto zu den Universal Studios. Sichere und schöne Gegend mit vielen Restaurants. Einfaches und kostenloses Parken direkt am Hotel. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

I picked this hotel because of the excellent reviews and the proximity to Warner Bros, since we were only in town for one day to attend Holidays Made Here. It was walking distance to the gate which was great! The hotel is old, but well kept and clean. Bed was comfy. Surprisingly quiet considering typical motel set up. Loved the morning pastries and the coffee machine in the lobby! We will definitely stay again next time we come to the area!

Close location to WB & Disney studios. There is also a bus to Universal Studios nearby but didn't use it

The Tangerine was the perfect spot for our trip to Warner Bros Studio! It was an easy, safe 10 minute walk. Kamal & Amber was very helpful and welcoming at check in. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable! Morning pastries were amazing! Such a cute, convenient location and great restaurants nearby!

Our stay at the Tangerine Hotel in Burbank was absolutely wonderful. Normally, I wouldn’t choose a motel-style accommodation—especially traveling alone with my daughter—but we felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. I chose this hotel specifically for its location near Warner Brothers Studio, and it did not disappoint. Being within walking distance was such a huge plus and made our trip incredibly convenient. Amber checked us in and truly set the tone for our stay. She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When I casually asked if there was any more peppermint tea available, she went above and beyond by calling our room to let us know—such a thoughtful touch that really stood out. Each morning, there was fresh coffee and pastries from a local bakery in the lobby, which was such a nice way to start the day. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were perfectly fluffy. There were a couple of very minor maintenance issues (wallpaper separating slightly at the seams and some peeling paint in the bathroom), but honestly, they were not an issue at all and didn’t take away from the experience in the slightest. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend the Tangerine Hotel to anyone visiting the Burbank area—especially if you’re planning a trip to Warner Brothers Studio.

Excellent experience!! Lovely staff, clean rooms and quiet neighborhood that felt safe - we even walked to Warner Bros (about a 12 minute walk)! Highly recommend!
