Clean, very well kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Price is a bit high, places like it tend to forget this is Mexico and not the US

Smaller than expected room for the price point. Rooftop bar food was pricey. Water pressure issues with sink no draining and low toilet flow. Bed was ver comfortable, overhead shower was great, staff was excellent and were very responsive to our industries and helped us with transportation needs. View from rooftop is beautiful.

This is a charming hotel in downtown Todos Los Santos, centrally located to all of the restaurants, shops, etc. They include a complimentary cute beach club a short drive from the hotel that offers pool, beach, food and drinks. Special shout out to the staff. Estrella, Ericke and all of the front desk people were lovely, accommodating and extremely helpful. If you are sensitive to street noise be sure to ask for a quieter room, which may require an upgrade. But well worth it. Highly recommend this property for an immersive experience.

The breakfast/ menu said BRIOCHE! In fact it was cold, hard toast! Showed staff a BRIOCHE PHOTO! Forget the breakfast here! Go to DOCECUARENTA!

Nice room. Old style high ceilings, nice furniture. What you would expect from a nice boutique hotel. Staff very helpful with impossible tv. Not much knowledge of surrounding sites/activities. “Oh that do it yourself world”. Grrr. Parking worked out close to hotel. Noisy traffic, big trucks with Jake breaks all day, most of the night. Room a little musty due to small openings on large windows. Good breakfast and coffee, but steep price. Good location for walkable town. Awesome art throughout hotel.

Nice ambience, nicely decorated, great roof top pool and bar. Sink in room bathroom didn’t drain. No one offered VIP benefits
