Front desk manager wasn’t as friendly as I would like. (At least few years ago I was a regional mgr for a hospitality chain and first impressions are made at that position. I’m sure they could manage a hospitable smile when greeting a guest. Guests remember the people when forming their opinions.

After driving for 12 hours we was allowed to check in early which we needed because I was completely exhausted from wife making me drive the whole trip 😩, but everything was good we had hot tub suite the room was big and very clean and only couple minutes away from downtown

It is no too far from the Hershey’s attractions.

Water on the floor after shower from the wall, sofa bed with a deep hole in the mattress, pool with leaves, no bacon or sausage in the breakfast options. Ice machine with problems.
