Location, staff, full breakfast, clean.

The sofa bed, mattress was too thin, when we sat in middle of sofa it sunk . My husband daughter and me slept in the same bed for 2 nights. There were 2 bath towels in bathroom. Needed to ask for 3 hand/3 wash and 1 more bath towel. The lady at the desk so nice and apologetic. Wondering if this hotel was privately own,?
