Air conditioning was off when we arrived late and took awhile to cool the room. Bed kept feeling like something was crawling on us. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I checking to the Hotel June 19 to June 21 soon I checking I noticed the bathroom floor was wet the carpet is wet I asked to be moved the Frontdesk person told they’re sold out they can’t move me he will let the managers know on the morning I wanted downstairs asked again to be moved the are two individuals Indian persons started argued with me telling me everything will be fixed today I know that was a lie . I wanted about my days I come back around 9:00 pm the floor was still wet my daughter ended up falling to the floor busted her lip ask to talking to the property manager he not available on weekends he don’t work on the weekend . How responsible for this property if something go wrong we give a call I said can you give him a call now the answer to that was no the girl was so rude ask me what did I expect. Said a clean room a comfortable room I did not paid $548.78 to sleep on a wet room . She said the housekeeper supervisor wanted to the room the room was fine Sunday morning before I checked out he finally go with me upstairs to check the room out the room was wet he say my managers will get back to you soon as he can I know for fact I’m no going to hear back from them I will not recommend this Hotel to anyone the are very defensive about the situation they are not very helpful.

Location and price

Front desk manager wasn’t as friendly as I would like. (At least few years ago I was a regional mgr for a hospitality chain and first impressions are made at that position. I’m sure they could manage a hospitable smile when greeting a guest. Guests remember the people when forming their opinions.
