Resort Grande Baia

Large, rambling resort some distance from the nearest town, so you really need a car to get anywhere. Nice beaches and restaurants nearby. Mainly suitable for families with young children. We stayed in one of the apartments with 2 bedrooms, which had plenty of space and was clean and tidy with good facilities. 10.00 checkout time was rather early (breakfast is still being served at 10.30).

very nice location to access the island with a car. Beautiful grounds and swimming pool area . Great staff!!

déjà passé une nuit a l'ouverture avec des amis il y a environ 10 ans c'était super, mais là vraiment pas contente se dit 4 étoiles ils ne font même pas la chambre encore moins un changement de serviettes en plus il pleuvait pas de paillasson évidemment pleins de terre , nous avons eu froid impossible de monter la température et pas de couverture en plus il a fallu récupérer les fines couvertures de la 2 ème chambre nous avons présentés le problème a l’accueil et leur réponse a été qu'il ne fond les chambres que tous les 4 jours et nous sommes resté 2 nuits mais nous demandions simplement de faire le lit et changer quelques serviettes comme un 4 étoiles normal je ne suis pas contente et nos amis aussi surtout aucun changement depuis plus de 10 ans aucune renovation

Great stay at the hotel. It is very calm and the staff are very helpful. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere but of ypu have a car there are some really nice places to go to not far away

In der vor Saison läuft es noch nicht rund . Shuttel an den Strand fährt nicht. Am Strand hat es ganze 7 Sonnenschirme. Mini Market wäre wohl eher als Suvenir Shop zu bezeichnen. Kein frisches Brot oder sondt was

So disappointed when arrived. Sardinia beautiful, but the hotel looked, old, run down and poorly maintained. My initial interaction with reception staff was so poor, I avoided the main hotel areas for the entire stay. The apparent felt run down, but was clean. Had all the basics. The entrance to the apartment was kind of hard to find intially. You have to walk over almost waste land to get to th we door. Bugs were an issue, but I can’t blame that on the the hotel. The hotel has its own beach which is not the best in Sardinia, but still really nice. Could be easily walked to from the hotel rooms also. The hotel advertises a gym…. It’s not very good to say the least. The photos on line are very misleading. Final insult form staff, went to check out and found I had been charged for a kids club pass for 4-11 year olds. I have a 2 year old and never booked /asked for this. Half hour wait to get a manager to remove this from our bill.

Nettes Resort, wir hatten nur die Wohnung im Bungalow Stiel gebucht ohne Uusatzleistungen oder all Inclusive. Bubgalows.waren gut ausgestattet und sauber. Achzig: Pro Tag und Person werde zusätzlich 5 Euro " Club Card" bei der Endabrechnung berechnet. Lage weit weg von allem, demnach Auto dringend erforderlich. Freundliches Personal.

Struttura bella ma poco curata ho pagato per una notte piu di 200 euro e avevo la doccia con porta rotta e non scaricava l acqua in piu al check out ti chiedono 20 euro di tasse extra praticamente un furto

Check in dauerte ewig. Falsche Zimmerkategorie bekommen. Rezeption vom Zimmer aus nicht erreichbar, nie. Für den Downgrade wurde am nächsten Tag ich verantwortlich gemacht. Wir hätten untereinander Schlüssel getauscht. Ich musste nachweisen, dass man mir den falschen Schlüssel gegeben hat, eine Entschuldigung gab‘s nicht. Strand klein und überfüllt. Pool Wasser so salzig, dass man es nicht aushält. 2 h Late Checkout wurde ohne vorgewarnt zu werden für ein Zimmer mit 200 Eur berechnet. Rezeptionist dreist und frech. Eins der miesesten Hotels, in denen ich je war.

Stor resort med alldeles för liten pool och för få solstolar både vid pool och på stranden. Servicen i restaurang (pizzerian) och i receptionen var riktigt dålig med bristande förståelse i engelska. Frukosten var ok, men i en ganska tråkig lokal. Plus till vaktmästaren som fixade spisen i vår lägenhet och ordnade extra täcken supersnabbt! Man tar även ut en "resorts avgift" typ 5 euro per dag och vuxen. Oklart vad man egentligen får för dessa pengar....
