Resort Grande Baia

For a 4-star hotel, many things were not as they should be: the food (both breakfast and dinner) in particular. While the pool was great as was the beach (although too crowded), the spa did not live up to expectations: the use of the pools was not included in treatment prices and the pools were not “different temperatures”, as said in the website. One should also note that the conditions (cancellation policy during covid and the 10 o’clock checkout time) were very inflexible.

Onestamente mi aspettavo di più. Camera poco confortevole e minimal. Ristorante accettabile.

Total disappointment, we won't recommend this hotel for the following reasons: - it"s false that they clean the room every day as indicated on reservation. - Awful wifi, impossible to get connected, so no remote working (even at the pool). On top, they wanted to charge us 60€ for 4 days on missing nternet. - Kitchen without a small sponge/soap or a couple of tablets for washing machine. They told us that it was not included and had an extra cost. Amazing that an apartment of 1100€/4 nights doesn't include a 1€ cleaning kit. Simply ridiculous. Small pool for a 288 guests so forget about finding a place. Positive: pool bar service

L'Hôtel a une belle vue, mais il est isolé, il faut une voiture. Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre, avec une terrasse vue sur la montagne. Ce qui n'est pas le cas de toutes les chambres. La demi-pension est proscrire ! La restauration n'est absolument pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles et n'est pas digne de la cuisine Sarde. A tel point que nous avons décidé à plusieurs reprises de ne pas dîner à l'hôtel, alors que nous avions payé la demi-pension pour 2 semaines. C'est dommage car cela nuit à l'appréciation générale ! Par conséquent, le tarif est excessif étant donné la prestation culinaire, sans compter la facturation de 5 euros par jour et par personne de frais de services hôteliers. Déçus, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Ottima posizione per visitare le maggior parte delle calette bellissime. Ottima l’abitazione assegnatami 4.2 con bellissimo panorama sull’isola della tavolata e del mare. Ogni richiesta è stata subito evasa. Meno devo dire del check-out nessun saluto e/o arrivederci del personale preposto solo conto del dovuto e basta sono rimasto un po’ sbalordito.Forse per il grande movimento che c’era a quell’ora . Comunque nel complesso è lesso bella vacanza.

Great appartment, two batrooms and 2 bedrooms were excellent, the view was not so nice, but the orientation was good (sun in the morning, shadow in the afternoon). Nice roof terrace! Personnel was very friendly. The food at the Buffet restaurant was the worse we had in this trip, and the most expensive! 30 eur per person!

Nous avons passé 9 nuits dans cet hôtel, l’environnement est sympas au milieu de la nature avec la plage privé et transat pas trop loin (10 min à pied) au bien une navette vous y amène toutes les 15 min. Les points d’amélioration sont la literie qui n’est pas très actuelle ni confortable, le ménage est survolé.
