The breakfast was good, and the coffee was ready early, which is good as I am an early riser. The staff were very friendly!

Being charged for parking; as a guest of the hotel, I feel we should have gotten free or at least discounted parking. The floor an the ground level entry was very slippery (almost greasy), which could pose a risk to visitors.

I want to personally say thank you to the staff (a woman) who was on at around 6am (a little after). She saw us leaving super early with two sleepy kids in tow. It was not breakfast yet, but she offered us two muffins, and went and got them, putting them in a bowl and got napkins too. For her to go above and beyond, was awesome, and I appreciate her more than anything! Everyone else was nice too! I love the little shopping area, though wish they had more family friendly selections.

The Soap/Shampoo in the shower But everyone seems to have the Lavender soaps in the shower. I hate Lavender, so I wish there was another selection (even if at the desk). It's just me that doesn't like it, but Lavender is my least favorite smell along with Patcholi.
