Despite several reminders, they did not respond to messages on Booking.com. As a result, I had to try calling the provided phone number. They answered just once after several attempt.(first time that it happens in my experiences so far) Once we arrived, I mentioned this to the management, who were surprised by it. Although the property is listed as a five-star hotel, it does not reflect this level at all: the restaurant offers average-quality food, the facilities are quite worn, and the staff do not wear uniforms.

I loved that it was a small resort, the beach was meters away from our room as well as the pool. Kayaks, snorkelling gear etc were available. Breakfast every morning included. Other food was delish. Best view from our room.

Nothing. Everything was perfect to me.

I just loved my stay here. I stayed in one of the rooms in the 3 storey building. The room was large, fairly new and clean. Because it was quite windy when I was there I spent a bit of time on my balcony getting the afternoon sun. The staff are all lovely. I much prefer this smaller resort to the much larger (& more expensive) one I stayed at afterwards. Chris the resort manager sends you a WhatsApp message when you check in and from here you can ask for anything you need without having to leave the pool! Both pools are clean and of course the coral reef is 5m away. The food in the restaurant was great and the prices weren’t anymore expensive than one of the roadside restaurants outside. This would be my pick if I came back to Fiji again.

There’s not really anything to complain about. Some of the machines in the gym didn’t work but really, who cares about that when you’re on holidays!

Food was great, staff were very friendly, accommodating and happy to help. Location is fantastic to allow snorkelling and other activities.

Minor damages to room ceilings and tiles require upkeep. Pool cues damaged/worn. Some of the shared snorkelling tubes appeared quite dirty.

Great place to stay. Friendly helpful staff and very comfortable. Highly recommend

Ons verblijf was super, we zijn een week lang verwend. Het personeel was onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de dagelijks inbegrepen activiteiten zijn geweldig (vooral de reefwalk en het snorkelen is als een cadeautje, direct vanuit het resort het water met prachtig koraal in). Een plek waar we graag terug zouden komen!
