Maui Palms

There are a few places within walking distance to eat. Maui Palms has a nice on-site restaurant.

The place is very nice if you want to stay on the main island of Fiji without spending additional time and efforts to get to small islands. For us the goal was snorkling and we could do it just from the hotel's coast, 10 meters from our villa, and the snorkling is not bad, we liked it (though not the best, if you compare it to Red Sea for example). And be carefull, the snorkling here is possible only during high tide, some hours at the day. And we had a water pool in 2 meters from our villa for the rest of the time, or walking near the coast at low tide. The food was amazing, big thanks for the cook! And yes, the most remarkable in this hotel is its staff, they are very friendly and helpful, I am very thankful for all of them for making our vacations enjoyable!!!

Maui Palms was an amazing oasis of tranquility. We stayed in an oceanfront villa and it was like being in a tropical rainforest when we sat outside. The customer service was top notch and the food was excellent. We did the waterfall hike with one of the staff members and it was a great experience. The lagoon in front was perfect for snorkelling and paddling. We saw a school of small sharks. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed the daily activities offered by the hotel. The snorkeling was brilliant, we could so many different types of fish. Our room had great ocean views and was really comfortable and clean. Staff were so friendly, the food was good and we really enjoyed our stay here. We could also walk to a supermarket and some restaurants.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We always have amazing time here. The place is clean, modern and comfortable with amazing ocean views. The staff were very friendly, professional and went out of their way to make our stay extra ordinary. We stay in 1 bedroom beachfront/ocean view apartment which was just amazing. We signed up for full board meal and found the each meal to be worth every penny. Special thanks to management and staff making our stay extra ordinary. We will be back.

The view and the room

This place is absolute heaven. From the beautiful environment to the range of free activities and the amazing staff there, you will feel right at home. The sea & rooms are beautiful and the food at the restaurant is delicious. We did snorkeling, kayak and massages and they were all great. I can’t recommend Maui Palms enough and cannot wait to go back. Vinaka Chris, Liti, Aku, Tiger, Norman, and Wayne for making this getaway and new year so special 🌺🩷

This place is unforgettable. 10/10! The staff here are so incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. The hotel manager Chris is literally the kindest and most helpful hotel manager I have ever met. He goes above and beyond for every single guest. Our bartender Norman made me the best carefully crafted cocktails. Our server Victoria is so sweet and helpful. My massage therapist Litty gave me one of the most relaxing massages I have ever had in my entire life. Her hands are literally magic and they will melt your stress and worry away in just one hour. Lastly, our activities guide Aku is so funny and upbeat. He is the epitome of what a fun and engaging tour guide should be. Now I know this place is a bit of a drive from Nadi and not on a private island, but we didn't care. We wanted a genuine local experience during our first trip here and we got it. Not only that, you're very close to so many great excursions like River Tubing Fiji which is only 1.25 hrs from here. Now to the make it or break its. First, this place is clean! Staff are always cleaning all common, restaurant, bar, and outdoor areas. Second, the food is absolutely delicious. We picked the "platinum package" which includes 3 meals with your stay. The meals are made cook to order. That's right ladies and gentlemen. I am extremely picky with food temperature and my bacon and eggs were sizzling hot just like I like them each and every morning. Third, this place has an absolutely beautiful beach with the most magical and romantic sunsets. It is situated next to a beautiful and grand reef that you can snorkel. I am so glad we stayed here.
