Everything about this place is perfect. The location is pristine, the accommodation is heavenly, the staff not only care, they excel at customer service. The food is amazing, the activities on offer are great. It is faultless. The owner is responsible and cares for the environment and Fijian culture. This place is somewhere you have to try and we will be there time and again in future. It was a piece of heaven.

The view was beautiful and the staff were exceptional, the service was beyond amazing, Chris was extremely accommodating and took immediate action as soon as we asked for assistance. The room was also very nice and well kept and the food and drinks were delicious!

We had no issues with Maui Palms besides one minor thing. We had requested room service and immediately had our room cleaned. But, unfortunately the cleanliness of the bed sheets were not up to standard, there were stains on the pillow case and on the sheet itself and by the time we had noticed them, it was time for us to leave. This did not change our views on Maui Palms or the staff, we understand mistakes are made and not everything is within our control. Nevertheless, we had an exceptional 9 days and appreciated every minute.

We spent three days at this hotel, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable (Chris & Aku are amazing!!) The attention to detail was outstanding, from the warm greetings to the thoughtful little touches that made our stay feel genuinely special. It was the kind of service that makes you feel cared for, not just attended to.

There wasn’t anything major to complain about, but if I had to mention something, it would be the wifi in the zoom … that’s it !

The rooms were spacious. Small intimate resort, relaxing and calming.

Wish there was a kiddie pool section inside the main pool, but other than that it was amazing.

The first thing that stood out for us were the staff at this resort who are exceptional. Special shout out to Chris, Liti, Aku & Matai. The room was beachfront and poolside so very pleasant and the general surroundings of the resort where lovely. The pool and surrounds were great and kept spotlessly clean.

Although the room compendium says that rooms were serviced daily, this did not occur and I had to request that this be done and that towels were refreshed. I think there may have been a staffing shortage at the time of our visit. The owner of the resort sits in the restaurant everyday doing his business on his laptop and phone but does not make any effort to interact with guests which I think would have been a nice gesture.

The snorkelling was exceptional, I've never seen so many fish and as much coral at any other resort in Fiji and rhey let you know the best times of day to snorkel. The staff were lovely and went the extra mile. The activities coordinator was great. The room was lovely, elegant and spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was amazing. We loved the food and they catered to a gluten-free requirement well.
