Hotel & Residence Calais Car Ferry

Price was good so we didn't expect much and the room was basic and small. Our main complaint was the lingering smell probably of tobacco smoke although it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Receptionist was very friendly. It wasn't really all that close to the ferry but we found our way to the ferry in about 10 minutes from the hotel.The wi-fi did not work

Would never stay here again room had a musty smell very small not in the lease appealing very old urgently needing modernised we will NEVER be back.

Was unable to stay as there was no one present at 825p to check me in. Run down from outside.

We were pleased. Odd that it closed at 8;30 PM.

Cheap night close to the ferry port. Nice room, good service and a free breakfast.

When we booked this hotel we received an email from them reassuring us that we could check in after midnight. Very helpful. The receptionist was welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.

Window opens to carpark and it is a huge window that is either wide open or closed, when open anyone could get in or reach and and steal... Terrible

Basic, clean and functional. This hotel was the cheapest available in the area and was perfectly acceptable as a stop over.

I arrived at hotel , drove into parking , the place looked abandoned and in poor condition , weeds growing everywhere and very unkempt, so I left and stayed at Ibis nearby.
