We booked 2 rooms for 2 weeks We had a horrible experience the hotel was dated and not clean the bathroom had yellow stains The bedding was clean but the beds were too hard and no extra blankets or pillows There was only one chair in the room when there were 2 people in each room Breakfast included the eggs were cold The pool was small and uninvited This was not even a 2 star hotel but the price was extremely high We left the hotel after 1 week because I saw vans of people infected with covid being quarantined at the hotel using common areas and elevator and the did not inform the guests of this. I had to move to another hotel as I refused to use the same hotel that the covid patients we’re quarantined in I asked for refund for the one week I was not there as I had to pay for another hotel. Still did not get my refund

Very nice staff and lovely hotel in the heart of Terceira

Rooms were too small. No dresser . Had to have my clothes in luggage throughout trip.Hard mattress. Twin beds. No such thing as a queen or king size bed.

Close to the center over all ok the breakfast not so good 1-food is cold 2-personal don’t like win the food is waiting for me at the table 3-only one waitress girl she was very nice and very good sorry but I forgot the name But I think was sonny

Received a “thanks for staying” email today from this hotel. My flights were cancelled due to COVID. Never got to stay here and never received a refund accommodation despite asking several times because the cancellation was through no fault of my own. Was told by management that it was a no refund reservation, and offered to rebook. There was only one option when I booked! Other hotels I reserved at made exceptions to their refund policies showing good faith. Not this one! Disappointed in lack of professionalism.

Staff was exceptional. Premises were nice and nicely convenient in city centre. Lovely view of gardens.

It was very good from management to cleaning staff. You can see that they were happy to help you. They changed our room when they found out there wasn’t any electrical socket for my tooth brush. Breakfast was wonderful. Location is the best right in the town centre.

I love, love, LOVE this hotel! My husband and I have stayed here, my father-in-law, and now we put my parents here. Why? The staff is SUPER-NICE, the location is perfect in Angra, and the rooms are very comfortable. We love the buffet breakfast too. It is just the perfect hotel in Angra and I have stayed in a few of them. Highly recommended!
