You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the buffet breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 11:00 on weekends. Reception is open from 6.30am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm. Outside these hours, an automatic check-in kiosk is available 24 hours a day. If you want to arrive outside opening hours, please inform the property in order to receive the code to access the hotel. Breakfast is available from 6:30am to 10:30am. Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation will be requested upon arrival.

"Arras stopover "

Arrived out of hours - booking in- instructions on the kiosk where precise & clear. Room was clean & tidy- breakfast was ample with all the usual B&B servings after a good nights sleep.

La chambre n 'était pas prête à mon arrivée j ai eu l agréable surprise qu on m offre une boisson et on a voulu m aider à porter mon sac de voyage quand la chambre était prête. Belles attentions

"Je n’y remettrai pas les pieds "

Hôtel rénové à la va vite sans y mettre les moyens. Le plafond de la salle de bain repeint sur l’ancienne peinture qui cloquait, un savon (pas une savonnette) utilisé dans la douche. Pour la chambre c’est ok.

Chambre familiale assez grande, par contre beaucoup de poussières, du savon qui avait coulé partout dans la salle de bain, et la pote de la douche qui fermait très mal. Apres pour 100€ pour 5 les lits étaient confortable, pas de mauvaises odeurs, donc rapport qualité prix acceptable
