Always your giving preference to Malayali and Goan people. This time my room bed spread and mattress was very old. Not good and comfortable. In juice corner the juice was very worst. Not up to the level. Your charging high for unqualified food. Reduce the juice and snacks rate. or else give a delicious cuisine. Treat all people in a same way without any discrimination.

All the remaining staffs very friendly. A person who served our food in restaurant. 4 different boys who brought our order to our room. Swimming pool staff Nice rooms , clean bathrooms , room no 116 ac not working .

Incident 1; i booked 3 rooms in total, I tried to extend one room for one more day, so called the evening shift receptionist( Mani I think he told that name ) He first told me, ‘ ok sir , inform reception tomo morning after 10”. I told him I am ready to pay now if needed I don’t want any confusion tomo morning, he said “SIR, you will come here to checkout other two rooms right morning, that time you inform them” then what is the point in evening receptionist Incident 2: I ordered dinner at 8:30 to 8:40 pm . I got food after 9:40 pm , I didn’t get angry I swear, I saw the food was not enough for 10 of us. So I tried to order again few things , same receptionist ( Mani ) attended the call. He started lecturing about how to order everything in a single order as the restaurant is closed. I told him again brother please don’t lecture me I got my food late , now can I order or no. He sent a person from restaurant. All the restaurant boys are good. I dealt with 4 different boys all were polite. They said no sir, restaurant is available for order . Now there is no rush, you can order anything we will bring. Incident 3: morning I ordered coffee , same guy took my order. After 20 mins or something, I thought it was delayed, so called him again and asked, I “ordered 1 coffee before long time maybe 30 mins back, I didn’t get the order “. He started giving the stats, restaurant open by 6:40, your order was the last one so it’s delayed. In every incident this guy was super rude to me. 1. Please have a separate line for restaurant 2. Or have more people to take the order It seems this one person is over burdened with the work and very rude to me every time. I have a plan to raise a regressal complaint on government nic website. 6 adults + 4 children booked 3 deluxe rooms. Room no ac 116 ac not working properly, we adjusted. Food was delayed by 50 mins we adjusted. Coffee was delayed by 20 to 30 mins we adjusted.
