Arrivée en début de soirée, je n'étais pas "enregistrée" dans leur fichier. Il m'a été annoncé que l'hotel était complet... Ayant réservé et payer en amont, j'ai insisté avec le mail de confirmation. On m'a demandé de m'assoir et d'attendre. Visiblement, je n'étais pas la seule dans cette situation. Des personnes sont reparties de l'hotel un peu "remontées". De plus, bouteille de 1l de badoit en attendant = périmée d'une semaine (mais ouverte devant moi). Point positif = le petit dèj et son équipe = Bien.

"Excellent rapport qualité prix"

Excellent séjour de 2 jours. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la serviabilité du personnel qui nous a préparé un en-cas car nous devions partie à 5h du matin, avant l'heure normale du petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour un accès en transports (bus, RER).

Excellent hôtel avec du personnel serviable et aimable. Bonne chambre avec une hygiène impecable et lit très confortable. Accessible à deux pas des transports en commun et parking disponible sécurisé. Il est dommage qu a ce prix la que nous soyons déçu par le petit dejeuner, pas d informations, aux clients d ouvrir les placards pour trouver une tasse, un verre, des couverts et une assiette pour se servir. Viennoiserie et pain restreint, reassort demander a plusieurs reprises, pot de confiture et nutella ouvert en libre service.

"Presque rien à redire"

Tres bon hôtel pour un court sejour au Nord de Paris, idéal pour un concert au Stade de France notamment. Nous avons eu a faire à des gens très serviables. La décoration de l'hotel est agréable, l'établissement est propre et bien entretenu. La literie est un peu ferme, surtout pour le lit enfant, peu confortable pour un ado. Demander une chambre vue parking pour le calme. Rapport qualité prix imbattable sur nos dates ! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
