Shower knob was loose and didn’t work properly. At breakfast there was a shortige on cutlery and mugs. During the night is was noisy due to working personel. One morning my room was fully blocked with laundry carts., Safety hazzard.

A musty smell, as if the room had been closed for a long time, when we went to turn on the air conditioning it didn't work, I went to complain to the frond desk and what they told me was that the holel was full and they had nothing else to offer. At least some discount, refund, or some obsession or at least some courtesy I expected, but nothing. The only thing they told me was to open the window, that there was no need for air because the temperature would drop at night. the temperature was 70, it was hot and the room was full of mosquitoes... Coming from far away to paddling was not pleasant at all. No experience with ibis was not the best. Sometimes it is better to pay more to avoid these situations. Neither my families nor I will stay here again.

Great hotel very clisevto gare genevillers and direct train to St Denis

Arrivé à 12 h 00, nous avons pu nous rendre à notre chambre à 13 h 15. les chambres n'étant pas prête, la porte ne fonctionnait pas avec la carte, car elle était cassée. La clim ne fonctionnait pas et le dévidoir se promenait sur le sol de la douche. Que du bonheur..! par contre la receptionniste Melle Nelourde Nicolas je lui adresse un 10/10 professionnelle jusqu'au bout. Elle est montée aider les femmes de chambre, nous a proposé une collation et s'est coupé en mille pour nous faire patienter. Elle a su réagir au vu de la situation bravo à elle.

Le personnel est très sympathique est fait de sont mieux mais la moquette tachée dans le couloir et dans la chambre laisse a désirer. La Clim a fuit et a mouillé tout mon linge le support du téléphone dans la chambre était cassé ainsi que la lunette des toilettes douteuse on nous dit que c est le produit de nettoyage qui est trop agressif peut importe il faut le changer dommage pour cette hôtel qui avec plus d entretien pourrait être vraiment sympa se dégrade

It was a convenient little hotel and super close to the train station. But they gotta be nicer! Some of the staff were rude. When we asked for help getting a taxi, we were told to look it up online. The worst thing was how the smoke alarm went off twice during our stay in the middle of the night. Making the mad dash down the stairs to a bottom floor where the door didn't open, turning back to the next floor to find the next stairwell to make it to the lobby just to see them going about their business. They had no clue that anything was happening and told us to return. This happened once at 1 in the morning and another day at 6 in the morning. Not what you expect to happen in a fun stay.

An absolute dive and rip-off from both the hotel and hotels.com. I arrived and the driver said “this is not a safe area.” Upon checking in, the bathroom was not clean, the curtains didn’t close all the way because they were ripped off the tracks so people in the parking lot could see inside. It felt very unsafe and not at all what was advertised as the “double bed and double couch” was 2 twin sized beds pushed together so super small and weird. We checked out the very next morning after the first night and they said it would ok to early cancel as long as we checked out by 11am which we did. The hotel and hotels.com refused to refund us any of the $900 I spent for 1 night at a super crappy hotel. I will never use hotels.com EVER again and I will warn all my friends and family.

Spacieux, propre, seul soucis la clim qui indiquait erreur, sinon tout etait parfait.
