Check in experience very poor only had 1 of the reservations on the system out of our 3 parties. No air conditioning in any of the 3 rooms for the 2 nights

Rezeptionist war unhöflich und langsam. Klimaanlage war defekt, mehrmals an Rezeption reklamiert, niemanden hat sich darum gekümmert. Parkplatz ist sehr gut sischer und beobachtet. Frühstück war ok, Frühstücksraum sehr klein und hat eingeschränkte Plätze. Ab 8 Uhr findet mann nichts zum Essen. Zimmer sehr klein und hat kein Kleider-Schrank oder Kühlschrank . Zimmer einfach eingerichtet. Sauberkeit des Zimmers und Bad ist ok.

"Prima kamer voor de prijs maar geen ontbijt "

De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en prettig, wij waren iets te vroeg gearriveerd maar dat was geen probleem. De kamer was redelijk netjes en voldoende ruim, zeker voor de locatie en prijs. Het ontbijt was helaas een flinke teleurstelling maar we hopen dat dit een eenmalige onvoorziene omstandigheid was: er was iets mis met het koffiezetappaat en de medewerkster (die verantwoordelijk was voor het ontbijt) was druk aan het bellen om dit opgelost te krijgen. Echter, alles was op: er was geen brood, geen toast, geen broodbeleg, geen marmelade/configure, geen eieren of water om die eieren in te koken. Kortom: alles waarmee je een ontbijt zou kunnen samenstellen was op of moest aangevuld worden. Wij hebben uit wanhoop bij de naastgelegen Leclerc supermarkt zelf maar een ontbijt gekocht. Ik hoop echt dat dit eenmalig was, maar de manier waarop deze situatie *niet* gemanaged werd, verdient geen schoonheidsprijs. Het ontbijt is standaard inbegrepen in de prijs, dat is heel mooi maar verwacht er vooral niet teveel van.

Worse hotel in the world. Ruled by African family. All staff from Africa, do nothing. Breakfast is nightmare. Only after complaint they decided to serve some food and provide forks. The floor at the breakfast aria wet and dirty. Nobody care about that. Not recommended at all.
