"Clean comfy great location , few touches missing but good stay overall"

Great location, modern

Teeny tiny balcony room 412 no sun, very noisy no coffee making facilities . Bed comfy staff inconspicuous. No choice of eggs for breakfast and no salad, cooked food luke warm but well laid out cold buffet bread pastries and fruit. Bar nice . Only one lift .

Just got home from three nights at Alameda. We booked a cheap last minute holiday and really weren’t expecting much. We were greeted by Kaye and she was fabulous. Really helpful and full of information. We were able to check in early which was a huge bonus as we’d been on the go since 3am. The room was clean and comfortable with a really powerful shower. Although basic it had everything we needed except for a kettle but you could get one with a small deposit from reception. It’s very centrally located and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus as there are no toilets on the beach. We were given a late check out with no problems. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Location was excellent. Bedroom had a lovely balcony and lovely in sunny evenings. Front of house staff excellent

Were given twin beds instead of a double which were very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was fine.
