La ubicación y la terraza de la azotea

Me adjudicaron un primer piso y el ruido de la calle en ocasiones era molesto. No está bien insonorizada la habitación. La luz del comedor es mejorable, había ubicaciones con escasez.

Everything was great about this hotel - location, rooms, rooftop terrace, good breakfast options although juice watered down and there is noise from adjoining rooms which we were aware of when we booked thanks to other reviews.

There was noise from adjoining rooms - could hear snoring, people using the bathroom shower, TV, etc. Juice at breakfast is exceptionally watered down squash but water is readily available.

"Pleasant short stay."

Very pleased with this hotel, didn’t really review the hotel before we just wanted somewhere in Benidorm old town. We couldn’t have picked a more pleasant hotel, perfectly situated right round the corner of Tapas Alley. We requested a room with a balcony which we got, definitely not the biggest but was fine and the room was comfortable enough and modern. WiFi was great and breakfast was fine, staff were friendly so have no complaints for our short visit. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely book this hotel again. The only downside is the noise of the cleaning vehicles of a night and shops opening and closing, but what can you expect its right in the heart of the old town.

Fabulous hotel in the Old Town but minutes from Levante beach. Spotlessly clean. Fabulous staff. Great cocktail bar. Highly recommend
