Lovely surroundings and very old school hospitality. Really nice breakfast and comfortable room

Very nice old hotel, great furnished, confortable and cosy,, very friendly staff, good food and beautiful located near Blair Castle. Would definitely come again and can highly recommend it.

leider die Matratze durchgelegen und harte Federn zu spüren. Beim Frühstück kann man ein Gericht oder Eierspeise wählen, am Buffet gibt es nur Toast, Dosenobst und Cornflakes, das ist sehr mager,

The staff were brilliant, very helpful throughout the stay - both in the hotel itself and when dining - and any small query or problem was answered or solved immediately.

De bijzonder attente receptionist. Van aankomst in de middag tot avond afsluiting een man die z'mmn vak niet alleen tot in de puntjes verstaat maar ook nog over een grote dosis vriendelijkheid en oprechte interesse beschikt. Warm gevoel van thuiskomen dus. Voor de rest alles prima in orde.

Wijn per glas in zowel bar als restaurant hoort wat ons betreft standaard in het aanbod te zitten. Iets meer keus uit wijnen uit de "oude" wereld zou ook welkom zijn.
