Romantik Hotel Wilden Mann Luzern

Das Personal war ausserordentlich zuvorkommend. Obwohl ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht habe, bekam ich ein grosses Doppel-Eck-Zimmer. Das war sehr schön.

My daughter and I stayed in the Wilden Mann after a ski trip to Zermatt and on our way back up to Zurich. My only regret with the Wilden Mann is that we weren't able to stay longer! The staff is friendly and responsive, offering a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. They were knowledgeable about the area. The hotel restaurant looked delicious, but unfortunately they do not have fondue and that's what we were looking for. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and updated, and the decor was quirky but inviting and comfortable. When we return to Switzerland, we hope to spend more time in Luzern generally and would love to return to the Wilden Mann as well! BTW, there's an awesome little pharmacy in a cool historic building right across the street. Even if you don't need anything, the pharmacists are super friendly and would love to say hello!

Amazing experience. When you think about going to a town in Switzerland with a cozy hotel, this is exactly what is in your mind. Location is great, historic structure looking very nice, rooms are great, staff is great. Restaurant is authentic Swiss, with high quality food. What pushed it up over the top for me was they have a piano that guests can play. That really causes guests to connect and makes you feel that the other guests are just normal people like you and not strangers.
