Spa Bereich nicht wie abgebildet , Wasser im Pool sehr kalt und nur feste Zeiten für den Whirlpool Parkplatz viel zu weit entfernt für 8€ pro Tag muss man einen ziemlich steilen Berg zum Fahrzeug nach oben laufen Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl und da viele ältere Leute dort hin kommen gibt es eine Art Dresscode meine Freundin wurde gebeten eine Jacke anzuziehen

Le staff de l’hôtel, très aimable, à l’écoute et disponible 24h/24 en cas de problème. Le spa, qui est excellent, ainsi que le personnel du spa. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait, avec beaucoup de choix. Et le calme total ! Surtout lorsqu’on vient se ressourcer, c’est extrêmement important. Merci beaucoup !

Je suis partie sans forfait sanatorium, c’est-à-dire sans les procédures auxquelles je suis déjà inscrite. Du coup, j’ai demandé au centre spa les soins balnéo — parfaits ! (très doux, a l'écoute et ce que j'ai souhaits) — ainsi que des massages. J’avoue avoir été un peu moins satisfaite… En effet, la qualité des massages dépend beaucoup du praticien et des attentes du client. Pour ma part, je ne souhaitais pas un massage sportif, et j'ai était inscrit sur un massage aromathérapie. Mais apparemment, par manque de personnel ou autre, je me suis retrouvée avec un massage que je n’avais pas demandé… Résultat : des bleus partout. Et c’est bien dommage.

The staff didn‘t speak very good english or german. The sauna was in the afternoon too soon closed as it was said. There was only a remote control for the Clima in the room gor the entire floor and we selten found it. The parking lot was a little bit far. The Restaurant and the Spa center are a little bit small for so many guests, but ok.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, tuż przy głównej ulicy, natomiast parking jest oddalony i przede wszystkim nie jest zabezpieczony i każdy może na niego wejść.

Bardzo słabo wypada łazienka, ultra mała do tego stopnia, że stojąc w łazience przy umywalce trudno było otworzyć czy zamknąć drzwi, myślę, że osoba z nadwagą nie była by w stanie zmieścić się w łazience, ponadto w łazience brakowało miejsca, żeby postawić dwie kosmetyczki i wyjąć jakieś kosmetyki; suszarka ledwo suszyła włosy. Pokój nie był dokładnie posprzątany w momencie przyjazdu, był "ogarnięty". Pokój dość przestrony, przy czym szafa mogłaby być większa, ewentualnie przydałyby się jakieś półki. W SPA nie działałby wszystkie sauny, a drzwi do jednej z saun były nieszczelne i uciekała cała para; stosunkowo długa przerwa w ciągu dnia w funkcjonowaniu strefy SPA. Generalnie hotel wymaga odświeżenia, swoje czasy świetności ma już za sobą.
