Schade, dass der Bar unten war nicht besetzt, abends war dort immer dunkel, ich denke, es ging nicht nur uns so, wo abends gemütlich dort sitzen wollten ☺️

Zimmer sehr groß sind sauber. Sehr hochwertig eingerichtet!

When I arrived the lock on my room was broken so I felt that I wasted part of my afternoon waiting for the repair man. There wasn’t really any urgency to fix it, if I hadn’t have chased it would not have been fixed. Considering this is spa hotel there’s nowhere to dry a swimming costume or bathrobe, the radiator isn’t hot, it’s full of dust and dirt and there’s nowhere to hang garments over it. The pictures looked very different to the room I was given. The bathroom blinds don’t cover window, which wasn’t ideal as there was a building site adjacent to the hote. I’m surprised this is a 4 star. The spa facilities were good but it wasn’t very noisy and busy, it wasn’t relaxing, I didn’t manage to get into the jacuzzi once, people just sat in it for hours without letting others have a turn. The staff seemed rushed and grumpy.
