Die Lage und das Frühstück

TV ging nicht, Anmeldung nur gegen Aufpreis möglich, nicht einmal Free TV, kein Englisch nur russisch wird gesprochen und verstanden, teilweise genervtes Personal. Massage 50 Minuten gebucht und nicht einmal 35min bekommen. Wellnessbereich war ok aber teilweise zu kalt.

Die stadt Karlsbad ist echt wunderschön, bergig aber auch spannend man kann viel erleben und erkunden. Das hotel liegt mitten in der stadt neben einer Kirche was aber nicht störend war. Frühstück sehr reichlich und viel Abwechslung. Spa Bereich klein aber wunderschön zum Entspannen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sprechen leider nicht alle deutsch. Zimmer sind klein aber ganz ok man solle ja nur drin schlafen da es ja draußen viel zusehen gibt.

Wir hatten nix zu meckern. Alles top

Der Teppich war schmutzig im Bad sind die Vorhänge kaputt vom Fernseher waren die Batterien leer wir haben in der Früh nach neu gebeten wurden aber keine gebracht der Putz viel von der Decke usw.

Персонал в ресторане не очень приветлив. На завтраках для двоих персон столик найти очень проблематично. К сожалению чашки и вилки с ножами были не очень чистыми, заменили по запросу. Обстановка не спокойная, а ощущение быстрее «освободить столик». На стойке регистрации был оставлен запрос на удаление бородавок у косметолога за дополнительную плату( так как эта услуга есть в прайс-лист листе) , в течении 2 суток нам так никто не перезвонил и не сообщил к сожалению.
