Central location and pretty looking building

Very tired decor and attention to detail poor - particularly in the bag of goodies for the dog and ourselves. Very poor, food in the evening. We had stayed in a sister hotel In Topsham the night before which was very very good and was cheaper

The location was very convenient being in the centre of Totnes while also being quite quiet at night.

We could only open the window a little way so it was a bit stuffy and hot at night.

Great quirky hotel in the middle of Totnes. Good food, tasty breakfast with good choice including veggie and vegan. Great staff. Cosy rooms with air conditioning, dog friendly. Comfy beds. Parking challenging as only a very small car park. Lots of steps and no lift.

The staff were wonderful. The building was full of character. It was clean and comfortable.

Dated small bathroom, mouldy tiles and ceiling above shower.

Great Location. Close to all local sites and shops/ restaurants.

Very tired furniture in the bedroom. Some mold spores around Bath sealant. Sometimes hard to find anyone at reception. Had to ask around the bar to find someone.

Friendly staff and great location.

Noisy with traffic if room is street side. (Room 7)
