It's location was good, easy walk to town the beach and the lights festival.

The room seemed a little run down, and did not meet the pictures on the website. Whilst it met our needs ot was not what I expected

Room was comfortable and warm. Location was close to the things and places we needed. The pool booking system was great, 45 mins for a personal swim, fabulous 👌

The room i was in didn't have an power socket next to a mirror for drying hair, very minor

Great property rooms Clean Excellent condition and in centre of city All facilities were well maintained and clean

Staff was friendly and spoke respectfully

Website has spa and pool advertised. Once we arrived we found we had to book in to use it and the bookings were already full for the day. We did manage to get in as there was a cancellation but the spa was absolutely filthy and has dirt soap scum skill cells fluff and all sorts just floating around in it. Also a horrible urine smell . Beds were so hard we woke through out the night and woke with achy backs.

Location great didn't have breakfast

The bed was a little small in the shower not great
