Maya Caprice Boutique Hotel & Spa

We were so pleased with our stay at Maya Caprice. Super convenient location when arriving by train. The restaurant was absolutely delicious! Views from hotel are nothing short of amazing.

Maya Caprice Boutique Hotel & Spa is wonderful! My wife and I had a couple night stay at this hotel and it was truly an amazing property! We booked a Superior Double Room, 1 King Bed, Balcony, Mountainside and the view from the room was unreal! Probably one of my favorite views in Switzerland while we were there. One of the best benefits of Maya Caprice is its proximity to the Wengen train station. It’s one of the first hotels you see once you get off the train. It’s also walking distance to the main street of Wengen and all the hiking trails there. Upon Check-In, Daniel greeted us and held our luggage until our room was ready. He was so helpful and informative on the hotel as well as the area. Extremely wonderful staff who we also met during breakfasts and dinner. The room was clean and very spacious. The view was obviously the highlight of the room which was incredible! The food was amazing for the breakfasts and dinners we had. Highly recommend at least one dinner at the hotel. The spa was another highlight of the hotel having a dry sauna, foot spa, and jacuzzi that were all available during our stay. The view of the mountainside from the jacuzzi is stunning! I can’t wait to go back to Maya Caprice and highly recommend you book them as well!

Great views !

They focus too much on the restaurant and not enough on the hotel itself or the guests. The staff awkwardly pressure you to make a reservation for dinner every night. Meanwhile the bar which is supposed to be open until 10 pm always closes early and in fact never seems to be open. The hot tub was broken during our stay. We asked about a massage but were told the masseuse is on maternity leave until December. The cleaning staff never replenished the minibar or the waters that we drank in the room. Overall, it is just another ok hotel that is overpriced for the quality and service. The best thing they have going is their view of the valley and mountains from the guest rooms.

Loved the location of the hotel; easy access to trains, shopping, and restaurants; included breakfast was great; the restaurant was excellent. Even in off season they fill up so reservations are necessary. Highly recommend.

The view from our room was incredible. Waking up every morning and seeing the sun rising over the mountains was the best. The breakfast was also very good. Lots of options and they'll even make eggs for you if you like. The coffee was really good too.

Amazing views, conviennent to train

Close to train station, excellent views of the mountains from the room and balcony. Secondary room had some smell and road in front of the hotel is not paved, makes it very difficult to drag language.
