The location is perfect. The sea view room was spacious and had a good balcony. A few of the restaurant staff were very pleasant.

Some of the management staff didn't understand English or hindi and wanted to enter the room even when they were stopped twice. My kids were inside waiting for their turns to bathe but the water was very hot. Even after explaining for 15 minutes that person wasn't able to understand. It was with the help of cleaning staff that i was able to get normal temperature water to bathe. It took them 45 minutes to provide a bucket of normal temperature water. The buffet breakfast doesn't open until 8/ 8:15 am

only location if Malpe beach is high on agenda. staff was good.

1. not worth stating as a 3- star resort. it’s a decent guest house type property. definitely needs renovation and better upkeep 2. price charged for what is provided. the rooms smelt weird, the linen did not feel clean at all. 3. the pool area was not clean. first day the pool was only half filled. 4. did not even want to check out the spa looking at the entrance next to the pool area. overall felt it’s highly over priced for the infrastructure. would not recommend this.
