We weren’t asked in bookings if we required ground floor room. I have a bad back and am unable to climb stairs. We were given an accessible room.

AUAUThe space in the room as well as the noise insulation was amazing! The bathroom was also more modern than any home we have ever had.
There was a bit of dust here and there in the room. A free breakfast would have definitely enticed me to stay longer.

Missed the notice re cleaning room 2 night stay would. BE nice to have fresh towels Milk in fridge had been opened/used by prior guest Reception not at all friendly appeared to be a real chore dealing with guest at check in and check out
AULocation was a few minutes drive to town centre. Very spacious room . Clean and very comfortable beds. Nice large attached balcony
