Riad Au 20 Jasmins

Beautiful building with wonderful tiles, large rooms, and a fantastic staff! Zack was great, helping us in many ways. Thanks for a great visit!

Weird that they have a nearby property with essentially the same name. We got lost once and could only find the other one!

Riad bellissimo, con un giardino carino carino. Personale gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare ed accogliere tutte le richieste. Abbiamo cenato lì e i piatti proposti sono stati ottimi, preparati da una gentilissima signora proprio per noi. Ho inoltre usufruito dell' hammam della struttura (dislocato in un Riad vicino) ed è stato meraviglioso!! Inoltre la vicinanza ad una delle porte della Medina lo rende facilmente raggiungibile. Riad pulito.

Il bagno della camera non era pulitissimo e i prodotti da bagno erano minimi.

Ho prenotato questo Riad per miei genitori e si sono trovati benissimo. Riad in zona perfetta per visitare Fes, bellissimo esteticamente, camera spaziosissima. Punto di forza il proprietario che è stato disponibilissimo e ha accudito i miei genitori costantemente dandogli anche preziosi consigli. Cucina ottima.

Nulla, oltre le aspettative!

Quand Zacharie vous dit bienvenue vous êtes chez vous, c’est pas une image … vous êtes au Riad comme à la maison, tut est fait pour vous vous y sentiez bien. Le Riad est magnifique, calme alors qu’en pleine Médina. C’est un havre de paix, avec un jardin qui embaume le jasmin, une chambre magnifique, grande, calme et à literie impeccable. La beauté du lieu n’a d’égal que la gentillesse d’Hisham et Zachari, deux frères qui veulent que vous soyez comme des princes chez eux. Les petits déjeuners sont simples mais très copieux, avec chaque jours des spécialités différentes. Les parties communes comme le salon ou le jardin sont à vitre disposition à toutes heures, vous faisant effectivement sentir comme chez vous… mais dans un Riad magnifique ! Le petit plus : Hisham possède un second Riad à deux pas du premier. Vous pouvez y dîner ou encore profiter du hamam et vous faire masser… je vous le recommande, leur SPA est divin et l’endroit magnifique .

Absolument rien

The riad was beautiful, like a small palace — spacious and very clean. It instantly made us feel comfortable. The staff were amazing, especially Zachariah, who made us feel like we had a local superhero on our side. Always helpful and someone you could truly rely on. Honestly, everyone needs a Zachariah in their life.

The only small downside was the hot water, which was not always consistent.

The Riad is Beautiful, the room we had was very clean comfortable and quiet.

The water pressure was very low, so having a nice shower was not possible.

Delicious Breakfast, Excellent Location

What a lovely Riad with great staff. They took really good care of us. Naima makes great breakfast. The room was lovely and spacious and cleaned daily. Zackery stood by us and arranged everything for us. From guides, taxi, daytour to lovely harira soup in our room after a long day. The last day we got spoiled in de Riad with the spa. This was on the house. We felt very welcome and would definately recommend.

The sheets of the bed were smelly The breakfast was very poor
