what a great stay! the staff are super friendly, and super patient as well with all of our questions! they really went out of their way to help us and make our stay in taipei great! the hotel is also really nice, free water and snacks in your room, and the rooms are quite big as well! there is a small gym and the breakfast was yummy too! the nearest station is a five minute walk away and easy to get to so this helped out greatly with getting around as well. we were super pleased with this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone!

The door of the accommodation is not soundproofed; this meant that loud music in the banquet hall just below the residential area caused quite a din.

I had a great experience with this hotel! Staff were super nice and friendly. The service was great! The room was clean and specious! I had a nice view from the hotel. I think the location was pretty good too! Not close to shopping malls and other stuff but it was close to one of the night markets (walking distance) & couple local stores. When I go back to Taiwan I definitely will stay here again! Thank you

A sauna room with three different services is available.

We stayed in this facility for several days. The CP value is excellent. It is very roomy with a good view. Everything you can think of is included. It even comes with a portable smartphone that you can carry to the city. You can call and use google map. The only thing that may be uncomfortable to some because is the AC is central control. It is very cold indoor in 80-90 degree outdoor temperature. But they gave us a heater when we asked.

It is very pleasant and comfortable to stay in this hotel. The staffs are very polite and the services are good. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast can be better improved with more varieties. The room air-condition temperature cannot be adjusted. It is freezing cold in the middle of the night. Overall is a nice hotel to stay and very convenient the train station just walking distance.

A high quality place to stay. I used it to stay just one night after landing late at night before moving else where for longer stay accommodation. The staff were very helpful as my baggage got delayed due to a short connection in Bangkok. The airline could only deliver the bags late next evening (i.e after I had checked out). The staff were very helpful to accept the luggage after I had checked out and keep it until I returned to pick it up again.

In general, I liked this hotel a lot other than the basin drain was not running well.1
