Four Points by Sheraton Oklahoma City Quail Springs

The room was ok. The air conditioner put out a lot of humidity which made for the furniture feel damp and smell musty. Would I stay again probably not. The staff was very courteous.

I just checked into my room, but unfortunately, it smells strongly of mold and doesn’t appear to have been cleaned properly. Would it be possible to switch to a different room, please? I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you.

The property was very well upkept the desk attendant was very friendly and efficient the place smelt great at the very beginning when you walked in all the way to the room. Our beds where very comfortable. The ac worked fantastic. Our room was very clean i would definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone

Our bath tub was very loud at draining and the shower door did not seal well allowing quite a bit of water to leak out. Would have liked a couple more towels in the room and I could have asked for more and they would have given us more. I just didn't want to ask we was only there for 1 night

Very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant opening times werent convenient but everything else was good

The staff is excellent. Rodora went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. She always has a beautiful smile, greets you each time she sees you and is very knowledgeable about restaurants and things to do in the area. Restaurant in the hotel is limited with options but we had an excellent breakfast by the sweetest lady. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Could not have asked for a better experience. Would definitely book again when visiting Oklahoma City.

Was very impressed with the staff. Such great service is very hard to find nowadays. I assume the lady was the General Manager, anyway, she was always available throughout our 1 week stay... very, very nice and wanted our stay to be perfect. When I checked out I left a phone charger in the room, I called and she went above and beyond to find it and FedEx it to me... saved me a 2 hour roundtrip to retrieve it. She, and the other front desk staff, were always genuinely pleasant. The restaurant is pretty small and the offerings are limited, but the staff there were top notch as well. This place has great people.!.!.!

Staff was friendly and welcoming, ice machines worked, coffee offered in the morning, and cold water available in fitness room. Pool was very dirty: cloudy and full of debris, especially hair and chunks of the pool itself. It did not appear to have any filtration going on at all and our skin started getting itchy and then burning after being in it for less than half an hour. This was pretty disappointing, especially for my kiddo. I was surprised to find the pool totally empty at 4pm on a Saturday until I realized how dirty it actually was.
