"AC issues - no repair"

Rooms were very clean. Room 120 had persistent AC HVAC issues and a methane like smelly odor from the sink. Front desk was notified about both but non of these items were fixed after requesting maintenance. Front desk were super nice and understanding but execution of the fixes did not occur.

Dark rooms, vouchers for breakfasts and not even enough for number if people staying in room. Night guy was rude and they block handicapped parking. Double charged for room.

The agent that checked us in was friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and moved our room to a quieter floor due to a large kids ball team also being at the hotel.
