Price and value is good. They have an ajoining restaurant where they give you breakfast, however not until 7am.

The staff was excellent! Went out of their way to find a lost item.

The staff was very friendly and the front desk clerk went out or her way to help find a lost item for us.

As the travel agent that booked a corporate client to this property. I was made aware of a hick up yet the hotel was having with there printer and the hotel manager was very apologetic about the situation and told me that my clients where all set. Northern Lights thank you so much for going above and beyond to take care of my clients.

EXTREMELY disappointed the pool was closed. Has been since Covid. But most other hotels with pols have the pool open. A lame excuse ! Booked online. Shortly before stay called hotel to confirm. Was told we don’t have a reservation I won’t be back

We arrived and our room was very stuffy and smelled funny. My husband opened fridge and there was food in it along with mild. Went to front desk and they claim they don't check the rooms after maids clean. They said they trust the maids. Not pleased with that response. Ask about another room and they said they only had 1 left. We took it and once in that room, Water was pooled in the tub because the drain was pulled down. Also smelled musty and drain in sink had black specks. We left until about 1am and came back to door to hotel OPEN so ANYONE could have entered the hotel. NOT COOL. Breakfast on Sunday morning was over an hour before we got our food. French toast tasted SALTY! Not sure how salt is needed for french toast. We ate 2 bites and left. Lastly, maid was outside our door at 9:33 waiting for us to leave when check out is 11am. NOT IMPRESSED

For the age of the facility is was very clean and looked after. Needs some upgrades, pool repaired and better supply of hot water for the room.
