Property is extremely dated and everything worn out. Room smelled like sewer gas. No alarm clock in room. TV was fuzzy with horrible picture. Badly in need of updating.

I enjoyed my stay at this small motel in Rugby. It also has a restaurant located within the building that serves pretty good food and you cannot beat the convenience.

The room was comfortable and safe. The staff was helpful, BUT I did not appreciate having to watch MTV while I was waiting for the couple ahead of us check in. Watch people copulating on tv while waiting to get to my room? I don’t think so. Free breakfast the next morning was tasty, but it seemed when the server saw we had coupons, she waited on others who came in later before she waited on us.

It was a very out dated motel, but all i needed when i was only there to sleep after a wedding. The price was right. You get your choice of 5 hot bkfst. selections for free. It took quite awhile for the food, as i would guess because of staffing. It was good though.
