W Koh Samui

Our Villa Location was Excellent, Overlooking the Seaside. The Staff were Excellent, always ready to serve, regardless of how small our request was. The Breakfast Buffet was Amazing with lots & lots to Eat & Drink. The Candlelight Dinner at the Japanese restaurant NAMU exceeded expectations in both food quality and service. We requested a Late Checkout at 2 pm, and the Hotel Staff willingly obliged.

The only Service that fell short of our Expectations was at the AwaySpa. It was Okay overall, but we had a lot more expectations for the massage we received. We are Spa Owners ourselves, and we really dig for a Good Massage wherever we go. We have to state that there was No Value for Money for the Massage received. We experienced a great many Massages outside the Hotel for a fraction of the Price. You need to train or hire your Masseuse Crew to improve your Spa Services. Personally, I would never repeat myself at the AwaySpa.

First of all, best service I got ever in every hotel I went to. The breakfast was beyond amazing. The beach and all the facilities were great. The fact that the buggies were always available, and the staff helped with any issue that we raised.

Kahvaltısı gayet iyi... diğer yemek öğünleri ve restoranlar da gayet güzel... konum da iyiydi... en önemlisi personel çok güler yüzlü, yardım sever...

המיקום קצת רחוק מהמרכז אבל יש שאטלים מה שלא אהבנו שכל דבר במיני בר בר היה בתוספת תשלום במחיר כזה הייתי מצפה שהכל יהיה כלול וגם הוילות קצת ישנות ודורשות שיפוץ העץ היה כבר גמור
