The decor. The cleanliness

I had issues with the fridge. The engineer gaslighted saying it’s ok until later when they changed the whole fridge. This was really the turn off

"Great and relaxing."

Great choice of restaurants, very nice, large pool, super peaceful even though it's a big hotel, you don't really feel that busy (maybe beside breakfast, but it was fine) Overall loved it.

Coffee wasn't great.

Had a great stay at Alila Diwa Goa during my business trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the location is beautiful, and the food was amazing. Special thanks to Chef Rameshwar (Maharaj ji) and Sai for their excellent hospitality. Also, thanks to Bakery team and Laxmi for the delicious pancake with Nutella—truly delightful. Disappointed by the check In we reached at Hotel by 11:35 am we got the room by the 2:30 pm. Welcoming and Welcome drink both was impressively.

A special mention to Wenron Ibrahim at Diva Club, who introduced us to the delightful Poached Pear Salad and a rum-based cocktail, drown in rum, that felt like a fascinating doppelgänger of a Piña Colada—truly opening another dimension of flavors. The team was also kind enough to seamlessly transfer our dining arrangements to Spice Studio, where Payal took over and held fort brilliantly. Her recommendations were spot on—the Prawns Ghee Roast was outstanding, while the Naadan Kozhi Chicken Curry paired beautifully with the Appam and Kerala Parotta. To end the meal on a high note, the Pal Ada Soufflé was simply spectacular. The Guava Feni Cocktail suggested by Payal complemented the Ghee roast perfectly, creating one of the most memorable pairings of our trip. Kudos to Wenron, Payal, Ibrahim and the entire team for their warmth, hospitality, and impeccable recommendations. Thank you for making our visit so special.

"Exceptional"

I loved the atmosphere during the low season, beginning of monsoon. Few people around, lot of relax, great focus from the staff. The room, the pools, the restaurants: incredible value for the price I paid. Top service l, I always felt great attention.

Location: I am not an expert of Goa but the beach surroundings seemed dirty
