Elda provided outstanding service during our stay at the Embassy Suites Riverwalk in San Antonio. She was incredibly friendly, charismatic, and always greeted us with a smile. Her customer service was exceptional, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during the Texas School Nurses conference. As a bartender, Elda was attentive, professional, and created a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. She was helpful, engaging, and truly made our experience more enjoyable. The breakfast was above my expectations. I love the fact they have a cocktail hour for the guest and even the kids can enjoy some snacks.

I didn’t like the valet parking charging you $60 per night.

The bar’s hours (we never got our complimentary drinks because of this), inattentive staff, view of river had obstruction not noted in reservation booking .. for over $700 I was expecting better.
