Embassy Suites San Antonio Riverwalk-Downtown

Great staff and hotel. The people made this hotel a great place and the rooms were awesome!

Location was great! Loved the balcony view of the city. They offered drinks and snacks.

We selected the Embassy Suites River Walk for our 5-night stay and so glad that we did. The location was perfect. No need to rent a car. We walked, took the river shuttle, or an Uber. The hotel was clean and well maintained. All of the staff were great, but we would like to give a big shot-out for Steve, the bar tender during the happy hour. He is an absolute gem. Also, to Amber, who cheerfully greeted everyone at breakfast and made sure everything was good. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were on an upper floor, and it was very quiet. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the early morning and later at night. We would choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others.

Breakfast was great. The room was nice. We had a surprise connection to my son's room on the roof. That was fun! it was on the expensive side for us and we thought it was actually on the riverwalk but it was across the street.

I needed to print a couple of times sensitive documents. The system for for doing so in both frustrating and aggravating. I went to get help and Adriian Brandi provided me instant hospitable service with a much needed work-around and she did it promptly with a smile. She shoukd very cloned.
